After obtaining a PhD/1st in Artificial Intelligence & Robotics from The Laboratory of Analysis and Architecture of Systems (LAAS) – a CNRS research unit associated with the University Paul Sabatier of Toulouse / France, Jean-Christophe (or Jay C) specialized in software engineering.

At the adolescent age, he started coding with software on IBM PCs beginning in the 80s. After the university, in the early 90s, he started getting interested in the world of object-oriented development and coded in EIFFEL language. In the mid-90s, he got into real-time and massive parallel programming at IBM’s vision lab in the south of France.

In the 2000s, he jumped into Internet technologies and created several web portals and web applications for large companies (Dassault Aviation, Airbus). He  managed large engineering teams for several software companies and in 2007, he launched his own company, NATISYS, to develop an SaaS platform for French CAC40 companies to help them manage their environmental risks and regulations. Later, in the role of CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for a software company in aeronautics, he  introduced big data and AI in new software products for airlines, “agilise” in its organization.

Today, he acts as the VP Engineering of a software company and lives in Paris.
